I have found myself in precarious situations on a number of occasions during my year of photos and today was one of those situations. I saw the possibility of this shot to try out the dynamic range of the X100 by setting the ISO to 800 and its dynamic range to 400% to attempt to expose the blue sky, the billows in the black shadecloth, the vehicles under the cloth and the foreground - and what a great job the little X100 has done on that challenge. Then I noticed the fence I was peering through was electrified!
